The Temora Trotting Club is proud to host five races a year focussed on providing locals and visitors with a great experience.

Held at the Temora Showground Paceway our trotting races include the most popular “Hot To Trot Carnival” (formerly called “The Carnival of Cups”). Our events are the perfect outing for the whole family! There’s a free jumping castle and mobile ice cream van for the kids, and a licensed bar and food kiosk for the adults to indulge. There are even “Mini Trots” run in between the big races!

We have a proud racing history with Paleface Adios the “Temora Tornado” a local legend around here. You will find a statue in his memory boldly placed in our main street.

For visitor’s Temora, known as the friendly town, is a great place to come for a weekend or longer! We’re centrally located in the South West & Riverina region, approximately one hour north of Wagga Wagga and one hour west of Young. It is prime mixed farming country and home to The Temora Aviation Museum, Lake Centenary and more.
